Job Overview
Administrative Analyst II (ILS Support) will be responsible for the DDG-1000 Integrated Logistics Support. The Administrative Analyst II Interacts daily with the Product Support Manager (PSM)/Sustainment lead, internal, and external stakeholders by telephone, correspondence, or in person. Performs assigned duties in a manner that promotes outstanding customer service, and the maintenance of an environment committed to serving the DDG-1000 program.
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $89,000/yr.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Job Functions:

• Keep manager and supervisors apprised of their progress via Daily Status Reports
• Technical data; Training and training support; Maintenance; Supply support; Configuration management; Support equipment; Manpower and personnel; Packaging, handling, storage, and transportation (Inventory, OM&S, and ERP Management); Computer resources support (Inventory, OM&S, and ERP Management); Facilities and Design interface.
• Familiar with Navy IT procurement policies (ITPR, JNCP, DON ESA/ELA) - Not Log Tech
• Draft any relevant procurement documentation - Not Log Tech
• Serves as a procurement process liaison between project managers, engineering leads, vendors and procurement leads - Not Log Tech
• Ensures practices and procedures remain aligned with the agency goals and objectives (i.e., cost savings, expedited purchasing, and open competition) - Not Log Tech
• Manage hardware and software configuration, existing software licenses, hardware warranty information and service renewal dates in a centralized database for simplified viewing and management - Some is Log Tech; Software is not usually ILS.
• Request and obtain quotes from vendors - Log Tech
• Will be responsible for supervising department staff
• Informs project managers on software license and hardware warranty renewal cost and deadlines to ensure no license or warranty service gap. - Except for the SW piece
• Other Duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Mandatory:

• Must be a US citizen
• Must have a Secret clearance or higher
• Five (5) years of related experience
• Able to provide driving record upon request
