-Settlement and daily receipt of invoices.
- Customer collection management.
- Credit applications.
- Daily deposits of checks and cash.
- Perform general bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliations.
- Process accounts receivable transactions.
- Maintain and update financial records and documents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
```Experience```
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of governmental accounting principles and GAAP
- Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
