Job Description
Seeking experienced and motivated administrative assistant with excellent customer service skills. Must have a minimum of 5 years administrative experience. The general outline is for a full-time position that is solely dedicated to the organization and operation of the Service Department. The details / responsibilities of this position are as follows:
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan, schedule and route appointments
- Greet and assist onsite customers
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Utilize and operate organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
- Assisting with overflow sales
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Sales experience is preferred
- Hours Tuesday - Saturday 9am to 5pm
