Job Description
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated Administration Manager for our busy office. This is a senior position reporting directly to the owner and general manager and will also be a part of the business development team that will help develop and implement the future growth strategies of this well-established company.
The key duties
- All Accounting including, Accounts payable/receivable (QuickBooks on-line).
- Cashflows management
- Daily Banking
- wages & salaries.
- Supporting the Operations Manager and sales teams.
- Supplier communications.
- 3 years experience in business accounting.
- Proficient in Office suite Professional, especially in Excel etc.
- A organised person with a passion for systems and processes.
- Able to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life.
- Education, High School diploma or higher, with some additional industry training a bonus.
- Friendly and even-tempered.
