Loan Administration Assistant

Loan Administration Assistant Responsibilities:

• Loan file management (after loan closing to loan payoff)
• Upload bank loans (commercial and consumer)
• Provide written correspondence as necessary with customers
• Lien searches and Lien filing (UCC, CNS, Motor Vehicle Grant, and Mortgage)
• File Exception Monitoring, Management, and Reporting
• Bank Transaction Processing (backup role)
• Open New Bank Deposit Accounts (backup role)
• Travel to CenBank locations monthly (Hutchinson, Buffalo Lake, Ortonville), paid mileage
• Comply with the CenBank Bank Secrecy Policy and all Bank Secrecy Regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Loan Administration Assistant Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Self-motivated

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
