Job Description
We are looking for a Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to office staff in a well-organized and timely manner. You will be handling incoming phone calls and communications, greeting clients and visitors, managing files, entering orders, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands in the workplace.
To be successful as an Admin Assistant, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. Most importantly, Office Associates must be able to work independently and as a team member; having the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and successfully complete tasks expeditiously within a high energy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
