Form of workThe Dispensary Assistant must provide excellent customer service to our students, faculty, and staff. Working as a team player is a must. The primary responsibility is to dispense supplies and equipment from the treatment center dispensing windows. Will also organize and stock supplies in the treatment center dispensaries and other designated spaces. The incumbent will also track and monitor the inventory of supplies and equipment. The incumbent must follow all infection control protocols and procedures and maintains a clean, well-organized work area. Participate in all board exams preparations administered at GSDM. This position has a flex work schedule; it will require working Saturdays on a rotating schedule & Sundays as needed. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to read, write, comprehend English, follow detailed instructions, and communicate with others to fulfill the above duties. Attend yearly infection control and safety training. Will serve as backup in central sterilization.
Required Skills
HS diploma and 1-3 years of experience required.
