Job Description
Summary: Seeking an experienced Admin Support/IT Administrator with a strong background in IT support and administrative services within a manufacturing environment.
Job Requirements:
Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
1-3 years of experience in Customer Service/Administrative support in a similar manufacturing setting.
1-3 years of experience with technology support.
Excellent computer skills, particularly in a windows environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Technical:
Provide primary support for company-wide internal/external IT software & hardware.
Triage software and hardware support requests via internal ticketing system.
Provide monthly reporting metrics on the internal ticketing system.
Collaborate with MSP to maintain and monitor cybersecurity.
Document software support guides and company IT policies for publishing on the Help Guide portal.
Assist in server cleanup project, cyber security training program development, and maintenance of filing system.
Administer company phone system and provide backup support for badge system.
Manage Receipt of Company Property and WISP acknowledgement forms in partnership with HR.
Maintain internal IT SharePoint site access profiles, software subscription, budget tracking, etc.
Administrative:
Take, organize, and distribute meeting minutes as needed.
Respond to administrative inquiries and questions.
Support onsite meetings such as customer visits, audits or internal workshop events.
Update training matrix and job training requirements sheets.

- Physical Requirements:
- Able to sit for prolonged periods
- Able to use hands to type or handle objects
- Able to talk and hear
- Able to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs
- Able to ascend/descend stairs
- Working Environment:
- General office environment with no identifiable job hazards.
Pay Details: $21.00 to $28.00 per hour
