Hourly Rate: $15.68
Job Description: Provide administrative support functions within the department. Duties include data entry, drafting basic correspondence, answering telephones, providing information to callers, scheduling appointments, etc. Assist the program manager with tracking data and reporting. Provide outreach to individuals who have missed appointments to assist them with overcoming barriers to participating in treatment and gaining access to needed resources. Outreach and engagement will take place in a variety of ways including phone contact, mail, and with individual and group contact in the community and client homes.
Position Responsibilities: Will work Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Friday 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Some Saturday events as needed.
Competencies: Knowledge of general office procedures including typing, filing, etc. Great customer service skills and excellent phone etiquette. Must be proficient with computers/software (i.e. Microsoft Office) and able to multi-task, completing assignments in a timely manner while having multiple interruptions.
Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and two years' experience in general office work OR associate degree in office administration or similar. Must be at least 21 years old to apply. Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record with less than 6 points. Prior experience in a medical setting is preferred.
