Legal Assistant

MUST:
Experienced Legal Assistant
2+ years overall Law Firm experience as a Legal Assistant
2+ years experience recently with Personal Injury law
2+ years recovering clients medical history records (calling doctors offices and medical practices for personal records)
1+ years of litigation support is a plus
Must be fluent in English and Spanish
Bachelors Degree is not required
DUTIES:
Support the Personal Injury division of the Law Firm
Send formal requests to recover medical providers for records and bills from the clients
Communicate with Attorneys an clients as needed
Work and communication with all members of the Law Firm and clients
