The Administrative Assistant serves as the principle assistant assigned to two (2) to three (3) Directors and is part of the administrative support team. Reports to an Executive Director. The role is defined and impacted by the working relationship established with the assigned directors.
The work ranges from standard office support assignments to performance of administrative duties involving decision-making and judgment. Public contact is a major component, requiring excellent customer service skills and involving both internal and external contacts. Confidentiality is required.
