Under the direction of the Branch Manager, the Branch Admin Assistant's general duties include greeting visitors, answering phones, receiving deliveries, sorting and distributing incoming mail.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- General duties including greet visitors, answer phones, receive deliveries, sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Upload documents for listings, contracts and settlements to transaction management portal.
- Create and maintain email marketing campaigns to recruit new agents.
- Create promotional posts and manage social media accounts for the office.
- Provide support to Branch Administrator and perform other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be technologically savvy and possess ability to quickly learn how to use new online tools.
- Experience with email marketing tools and contact databases (Constant Contact, MailChimp, etc.)
