Adjunct Faculty, Lecturer of Photography
ABOUT THIS POSITION
Summary: Colorado Mesa University is seeking applications for a part-time Adjunct Professor of Photography. The ideal candidates would have experience teaching Photography. This position will consist of teaching two 3-credit hour courses per semester, starting fall 2024 (mid-August). Both courses will be our Introduction to Photography course. Introduction to Photography is a 200-level foundations course delivered to majors in all programs of the Art and Design Department.
Adjunct faculty at CMU are part-time employees who are hired on an as-needed basis. Required Qualifications: MA or MFA in Photography or other art related field. Or, BFA in Photography or related field with a combined minimum of at least 10 years of experience working in an art related field.
Salary: $600.00 - 850.00 per credit hour. Adjunct faculty are paid on a per credit hour basis, commensurate with education and experience.
