Adjunct Faculty, Lecturer of Master of Social Work
ABOUT THIS POSITION
Summary:
The Master of Social Work (MSW) Program is seeking Adjunct faculty to teach 3-credit hour courses. All MSW courses are block courses and taught one day a week in the fall/spring semester. Available courses, include but are not limited to, social justice, ethics, application of theory, and practical skill development with individuals, groups, and communities.
Electives are taught each summer and are taught in a hybrid format. MSW electives include but are not limited to substance use, restorative justice, trauma, and crisis intervention. All courses follow the CSWE 2022 EPAS and professional standards of practice.
Adjunct faculty at CMU are part-time employees who are hired on an as-needed basis. This ad is to collect applications for qualified lecturers for upcoming semesters. Required Qualifications:
Master of Social Work with 2 years' experienceSalary: $600.00 - 850.00 per credit hour. Adjunct faculty are paid on a per credit hour basis, commensurate with education and experience.
