Ad Operations Specialist

Madrivo is seeking a team-focused, adaptable, and resourceful Ad Operations Specialist who is comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role will help drive the expansion of existing client accounts. As an Ad Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new and existing clients and offers across multiple verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with multiple departments to onboard a high volume of new clients and offers, confirming all items required for a successful launch are completed efficiently and accurately.

• Support with pixel troubleshooting and tracking issues for advertisers and affiliates to guarantee data tracking is in real-time and accurate.

• Resolve data and revenue discrepancies and correct campaign settings 
• Oversee and assist the creative team in completing requested assets for clients
• Facilitate communication with all advertising partners, verifying compliance and performance standards are being met
• Assist the sales teams in developing additional client growth initiatives, identifying ways to streamline processes
• Lead client and team projects; enforcing deadlines and deliverables are met
• Develop and complete quarterly outcomes as determined by company initiatives and needs
• Document and update team standard operating procedure articles
• Generate monthly commission reports for Madrivo-owned sites

Key Traits + Characteristics

• Prior experience with the performance marketing industry; specifically having used Leadspedia, Ringba, HubSpot, and Everflow.
• High performer, capable of thriving in a high volume, fast-paced environment, managing your time and staying organized to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
• Timely responsiveness and strong interpersonal skills; maintaining positive relationships with fellow team members and clients
• Detail-oriented and independent self-starter; capable of collecting context and completing responsibilities with minimal direction.
• Takes initiative with an ambitious and ownership mindset; exhibiting a positive influence and treating company resources and team members with care.
• Solution-oriented and team focused; proactive in addressing and resolving issues or roadblocks that arise for the success of the team.
