Join us and reach your higher purpose at Cargill. This position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters.Job Purpose and Impact The Feed Mill Supervisor will provide strategic operational oversight for the Feed Mill facility, overseeing a moderate degree of complexity. In this role, you will oversee and hold a designated area accountable to standards for safety, quality, operational effectiveness, and financial performance.Key Accountabilities Execute routine operations of designated areas, ensuring direct reports are following policies and procedures related to employee, food safety, and environmental complianceMonitor production outcomes, quantity, and quality to ensure customer and food safety requirements are within specificationsAdminister a department production budget by executing purchase orders and ensuring timely payment of invoices Develop operational plans and monitor routine operations for various facility processes and shiftsDevelop, supervise, and provide coaching to direct reports including coaching company core values and guiding principles Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions for your direct reports as necessaryOther duties as assignedQualifications Minimum QualificationsRight to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer  Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum of 1 year of related work experiencePreferred QualificationsOne year of supervisory experienceExperience working in a Feed Mill environmentPosting Information Location: California, MOEqual Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet
