United Health Services is seeking a Activities Director to join our Administration 05 department at UHS Senior Living at Ideal in Endicott, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

$21.03 - $29.78 per hour, depending on experience.
Overview
Directs the development, implementation, supervision and ongoing evaluation of the activities program. This includes the completion and/or directing/delegating the completion of the activity's component of the comprehensive assessment; and contributing to and/or directing/delegating the contribution to the comprehensive care plan goals and approaches that are individualized to match the skills, abilities, and interests/preferences of each resident.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
- Two years of experience in an age-appropriate social or recreational program within the last five years, one of which was full-time in a patient/resident activities program in a health care setting.

Minimum Required:
- Therapeutic Recreation Specialist OR
- Occupational Therapist OR
- Occupational Therapist Assistant
