Purpose:
The Activities Coordinator will organize on-campus activities to build a sense of community while enriching the lives of our clients during their recovery journey.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a weekly/monthly activity calendar, including but not limited to:
Hikes, volleyball tournaments, cornhole games, weightlifting, cardio training, nutritional guidance/practice
- Organize on-site activities and events, utilizing facility grounds while considering season/weather limitations.
- Encourage client participation while monitoring behavior/involvement
- Ensure a safe and fun environment for clients
- Maintain grounds/equipment as needed for various activities
- Work closely with all departments to deliver exceptional treatment to our clients
- Setup and tear down of equipment as needed for activities
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
- Addiction counseling: 1 year (Preferred)
