SalaryPosition: Sales and Acquisition Specialist

As an Acquisition Specialist, you will be developing relationships with contacts and developing leads -- in which you will locate potential properties to acquire and go through the process of cultivating a deal. Through this, you will learn what it takes to be a successful investor.
We are looking for candidates that are outgoing, organized, and highly motivated. To be successful in this position, it's crucial that you have good interpersonal communication skills and experience in sales.
Responsibilities:
- use sales skills to cultivate and develop leads through out-bounding and networking
- utilize our CRM system to efficiently manage client interactions and property details
- make site visits to properties in the acquisition process -- where you will learn more from your mentors about the process of analyzing, strategizing, structuring, and negotiating deals.

- possess a cell phone to stay connected and responsive
- be able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
- possess a strong work ethic, growth-mindset, and be driven to achieve
