Accounts Receivable Clerk

Component Sourcing International is hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk as a Full-Time job in Charlotte, NC.

Summary:
The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for preparing, posting, verifying, and recording customer payments and records associated with Accounts Receivable. Their duties include preparing accurate customer invoices and statements, reviewing, and reconciling remittance statements, and providing business intelligence on the receipt of payment on outstanding invoices. This role will assist with various other customer service, accounting, and administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:

• Review customer payment remittances
• Apply customer payments accurately and timely
• Resolve questions about customer records
• Prepare invoices and statements
• Make daily bank deposits
• Reconcile customer accounts as requested
• Assist with various treasury management and finance tasks
• Provide customers and partners with an exceptional experience
• Assist VP of Finance & Admin and CFO with projects as needed

Required Skills:

• Associate degree preferred
• Demonstrate 1 – 2 years in related experience.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Positive attitude and must work well in a team environment.
• Ability to interface with all levels of any organization, especially with our customers.
