Accounts Receivable Support Specialist

Phillip Jeffries is looking for Accounting Receivable Support Specialist to join our team!
We are currently accepting resumes for an Accounting Support Specialist. This role will be a temp to perm and will work a hybrid schedule of 2 days in office and 3 days remotely. The ideal candidate must be self motivated and driven individual to support our Accounting team. This position will report directly to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor.
What you will be doing:

• Complete Accounts Receivable cash postings daily
• Accounts receivable data processing
• Analyze, research and correct AR balances and applications.
• Finance process administrative support (Scanned documents to vendors/ mail documents)
• Support accounting data cleanup efforts
• Excel spreadsheet creation and data processing

Must have:

• 1-2 years of experience in Finance and Accounting setting
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management preferred
• Strong excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, vlookup)
• Experience with Microsoft Navision ERP system; preferred
• General knowledge of Accounts Receivable and accounts payable functions
• Upbeat, energetic, can-do attitude
• Able to multitask and prioritize
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive approach to problem solving
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
