- Posting insurance data and payments from EOBs
- Researching any discrepancies
- Balancing amounts and reconciling accounts.
- Process high volume of insurance payments using 835 payment transaction files
SHIFT DAYS/HOURS: M-F 8:00a.m – 4:30p.m.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma or higher
Experience: Posting Experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Completes position responsibilities by following established guidelines and protocols within the appropriate time frame.

EXPOSURE TO HAZARDS:
To reduce job hazards, this position is responsible for wearing PPE during job functions. PPE can include: gloves, gown/coat, shoe covers, head/face, eye and ear protection. Each job function requires a different level of PPE, individuals receive initial and annual training to identify the appropriate level of PPE required

- Posting Insurance data to accounts
- Posting Payments to accounts from EOB
- Research discrepancies on accounts and EOBs
- Balance and Reconcile Accounts
- Process High Volume of insurance payments
- Maintains Compliance with all policies and procedures of Amberwell Health Hiawatha
- Other duties as assigned
