Spherion is partnering with a local manufacturer in Le Center, MN to fill this full-time, long-term position. We are in search of a hard-working, high-energy career-minded individual with a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities:
Routinely collect Accounts Receivables past due balances by phone or email, while maintaining customer relationships. ...
Provide aging reports and invoices per customer request.
Enter daily deposit (ACH payments, checks and cash)
Process credit card payments
Apply payments to appropriate accounts.
Complete credit reference requests
Answer phones to assist customers with orders, concerns and/or complaints.
Data entry of work orders and invoices
Working knowledge of NetSuites, e.g. product/material entry and maintenance, invoicing, and receivables.
Ability to work in both independent and team settings.
Perform daily tasks that involve strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form.
Filing
Skills:
Two-year degree or three years equivalent experience
Qualifications:
Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Strong math aptitude
Strong written and verbal skills
Experience with NetSuites ideal
