Accounts Receivable Hybrid 

We are looking for a local AR Specialist I for a growing Tech company in Knoxville. This is a direct hire role with amazing benefits.

• Aid in the set up of ACH or invoice payments for new clients
• Be the key account contact for payment related questions and issues
• Connect with new clients within 45 days of account creation, to confirm knowledge of payment processes
• Plan for and communicate with clients for past-due payment via phone and email
• Manage the suspension and/or cancellation of accounts
• Be the primary contact with third-party invoice systems
• Creation and dissemination of payment related reports
• Connect with accounting and help guide decisions related to payment processing
