- Responsible for setting up and maintaining customer accounts.
- Assist sales team and customers with accounting questions.
- Research and resolve account issues as needed.
- Process and post daily payments and make deposit; take deposit to bank.
- Research and resolve all accounts that have a change in ownership and/or closed.
- Reconcile major chain store payments and short pays.
- Complete and submit proper paperwork related to customer bankruptcies.
- Manage banking issues i.e., returned checks, confirm all EFT payments, bank errors.
- Accurately post all EFT payments.
- Create, review and mail customer statements monthly.
- Prepare periodic reports for sales team and management.
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Responsible for processing and promoting the company’s positive cash flow.
