WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a Specialist to process Accounts Payable and become the T&E administrator. We are looking for someone that understands AP's nuances and complexities, but that can think creatively and contribute cross-functionally. This professional will have strong attention to detail while also being proactive and self-directed, setting the bar high for their self and their work product. If you are someone who thrives in a team environment, can effectively problem solve in a fast-paced environment then this is a great role for you.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Review and processes NA employee expense reports through Concur.
- Engage with end users of the Concur expense management platform and help with user inquiries and follow-ups
- Train users on the Concur Expense tool, company policies and processes
- Purchasing Card Program Transaction Approver: Responsible for approving transactions and ensuring timely submission, following up with card holders for missing GL accounts, and adherence to company policy is followed.
- Assist in Travel Management Program (Navan), and other upcoming T&E related programs
- Assist in Vendor Maintenance, including conducting bank verbal verification
- Assist in ad-hoc / special projects as required, provide invoice entry support, as needed
- Provide support for annual internal and external audits
- Provide exceptional customer service to both our internal and external customers
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- A dedication to teamwork, collaboration, and flexibility
- 1+ years of experience in a corporate accounting position
- Demonstrated experience applying innovative ideas to new or recurring work processes
- Acute attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills - including written and verbal communications, interpersonal, analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to juggle multiple high priorities and have a willingness to learn

Our Compensation and Benefits ( for NY, CO, CA, and WA residents only)
At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is
$35,200 -$64,600
In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.
