Accounts Payable Specialist

Cousineau Auto Parts Inc is hiring in our Accounts Payable department. We are looking for a detailed that works well with others. Approximately 25-30 hours per week, flexibility to work some hours remote.

Some of the job duties will include:

-Review invoices and match up with appropriate documentation

-Enter invoices and credits with proper account numbers

- Fulfill DOT requirements for fleet vehicles

-Pay invoices

-Order office supplies for 4 business locations

-Respond to vendor call and emails

-Annually file 1099 forms
