Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Type: Part-time; Immediate Opening

Location: Boise, Idaho

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in contributing to company financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the Accounts Payable process.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

· Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

· Reconcile statements, resolve discrepancies, and communicate with vendors.

· Maintain organized and up-to-date Accounts Payable records.

· Collaborate with internal team members to obtain necessary approval for invoice processing and payments.

· Prepare and process electronic and check payments to subcontractors and vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Previous experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role.

· Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
