Accounts Payable Specialist

Our growth creates this opportunity as we recruit a Accounts Payable Specialist. This role must deliver excellent results and achieve goals in all aspects of payables, communication, and customer service.
Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:
1. Manage vendor payables processing, including processing Accounts Payable for the Company.
2. Matching our purchase orders to vendor payables and timely coding of payables to receive vendor discounts and reconciling orders to vendor costs and resolve discrepancies.
3. Collaborate and communicate proactively with sales reps, vendors, customers, and management about Accounts Payables processing.
4. Provide accurate and timely processing, proactive communication to ensure that our customers and sales reps are completely satisfied and supported throughout the sales process.
Requirements:Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:
1. Three years of Accounts Payable or related experience with transferable skills.
2. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and ability to work on several simultaneous projects with potential interruptions under tight deadlines.
3. Able to effectively communicate technical matters verbally and in writing.
4. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
