The Role:

• The Accounts Payable Manager will manage the day-to-day functions of the Accounts Payable Department and is responsible for managing, mentoring and motivating department personnel:
• Oversee the processing of vendor invoices through VIM, including researching inquiries, providing guidance for end-users on processing and ensuring compliance with company procedures
• Process checks runs, wire, and ACH payments in a timely manner
• Manage Inter-company invoices from processing to IC Netting in accordance with monthly deadlines
• Responsible for vendor relationships and researching inquiries
• Review, document and improve departmental processes and procedures
• Coordinate various year-end projects such as 1099 reporting
• Provide support and assistance for annual audit

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Min of 10 years of Accounts Payable experience, 5 years in a Managerial position.
Knowledge of SAP
VIM experience helpful.
