- Daily invoice postings in ERP’s: obtain approvals, issues resolution, analysis and reporting
- Prepare & execute payments
- T&E Management (Concur) Related GL Accounts reconciliation
- Vendor support and queries reconciliation, including statement reconciliations
- Responsible for generating and reviewing AP aging to ensure subledger is clean.
- Manage AP audits, either internal, external or SOX reviews.
- Month End closing tasks: Intercompany reconciliation, AP accounts reconciliation, accruals and aging analysis
- Manage GRNI
- Monthly Balance Sheet Account reconciliations
- Active participation in initiatives/projects relating to the implementation of ways to minimize manual processes for improving efficiencies and effectiveness
- Assist in ad hoc AP projects as required
- Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company’s discretion
