To be successful as the Accounts Payable Clerk, you should have:
- 4+ years of previous related AP experience.
- Associate degree in accounting desirable.
- Proficient knowledge using accounting ERP software, Sage 100 is preferred.
- Previous experience in the construction industry preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of fundamental operations of computers – Microsoft Word and Outlook, with proficiency in Excel having knowledge of advanced formulas and functions preferred.
- Experience in working within tight deadlines and ability to effectively multi-task.
Your objectives as the Accounts Payable Clerk: Process A/P and maintain vendor relationships; process monthly and weekly billing; process credit card and ACH payments; and miscellaneous administrative tasks.
