Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:- Assist with Accounts Payable and accounts receivable processes

-Quickbooks experience preferred- Prepare and process journal entries- Perform balance sheet reconciliations- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records- Assist with the preparation of financial reports- Various administrative tasks example: scanning paperwork, answering the phone, etc.

Skills:- Proficiency in corporate accounting principles and practices- Experience with Quickbooks accounting software- Knowledge of balance sheet reconciliation procedures- Familiarity with accounts receivable and Accounts Payable processes- Understanding of journal entries, debits, and credits- Previous experience as a bookkeeping clerk or assistant is preferred
