Pay Rate: $55k-$60k / Hourlydepending on experience

Addison Group has client who is located the north suburbs who has an immediate opening for anAccounts Payable Clerkposition. This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk with experience with full-cycle AP, processing JE, heavy invoice entry, reporting, and some GL coding. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who is looking for growth opportunities in an outstanding organization. These roles have an annual salary from $55-$60k for the opening

Responsibilities include:

• Daily processing of full-cycle Accounts Payable and 3-way match is a plus
• Assist with reconciliations and journal entries as needed
• Process all 1099’s, vendor management, coding AP invoices to the GL
• Data entry of 80-100 invoices daily to be entered into their ERP system
• Reviews vendor statements on invoices and daily auding of A/P.
• Advanced Excel skills to create and edit spreadsheets for ad-hoc reporting

Requirements:

· Associates or Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting or Finance

· Excel experience

· High attention to detail

· Systems: Great Plains, QuickBooks, Oracle or JDE

· Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist
