Accounts Payable Clerk

EuroMotorcars Germantown is seeking a Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Gaithersburg, MD. This position will be responsible for the preparation and processing of Accounts Payable invoices, reconciling of vendor statements, and the preparation of reports.

Essential Duties:

• Timely processing and payment of vendor invoices
• Monthly accrual of expenses
• Reconcile vendor accounts with monthly statements
• Maintain vendor files, including W-9's and insurance certificates
• Prepare 1099's annually
• Provide support to other accounting functions as required
• Other duties as directed by Controller

Required Skills:

• At least 2 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk
• Dealership accounting and CDK experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
