Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona (in-office during training/Hybrid after)

Duties

• Coding, reviewing and researching invoices
• Audit AP invoices
• Research and resolve discrepancies
• Enter amended AP Invoices
• Mail out reissued checks
• Cross-train in various accounting aspects of the department

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent Accounts Payable experience
• Oracle software experience preferred
• Excel skills
• HS diploma of equivalent required
