- Process daily deposits
- Process Accounts Payable invoices
- Assist the front desk as needed
- Work with the management team detailing general ledger expenses and P&L review
- Familiarize yourself with HR and labor reporting
- assist with other assignments requested by management

Responsibilities:- Assists vendors with questions
- Sets up new vendor accounts
- Maintains organized work desk
- Timely response to centralized accounting questions
- Ties hotel accounting to financial reporting
- Prefer prior accounting experience
- M3 knowledge helpful, but will train
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
