Job Summary
Assisting in various accounting areas including but not limited to Data Entry and back up for various Business Services positions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist data entry with weekly payroll
- Multiple accounting allocations
- Filing
- Keep track of checklist
- Back-up to data entry
- Back-up for Main Switchboard
- Reviewing and coding invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
- Scanning documents
- Assisting accounting staff where needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Prior Receptionist or Office work preferred
- Strong Data Entry Skills
- Must be proficient in 10 key.
- Knowledge in and Microsoft Outlook is very helpful.
- Planning/organizational skills.
- Quality Control skills - accuracy and thoroughness.
- Quantity - strong work ethic and able to multi task.
