Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the financial aspects of our business, ensuring smooth transactions, and supporting the company's mission of creating stunning interior spaces while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable records.
• Process vendor invoices, reconcile purchase orders, and ensure timely payment.
• Monitor customer accounts, issue invoices, and follow up on overdue payments.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve billing and payment issues.
• Maintain organized financial records and assist in month-end closing procedures.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth project financial management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of interior design or related industries is a plus.
• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred but not required.
