Responsibilities:
Invoice Processing:
Review and process vendor invoices with precision and accuracy.
Ensure all invoices are accurately coded and approved before processing.
Payment Processing:
Prepare and process payments to vendors in accordance with established procedures.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy.
Vendor Relations:
Communicate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and address inquiries.
Maintain positive relationships with key vendors.
Record-Keeping:
Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable files and records.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts payable.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively within a small finance team to achieve departmental goals.
Support colleagues in the completion of tasks as needed.
Proactive Approach:
Identify process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency.
Take a proactive approach to address issues and contribute to a positive work environment.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in accounting field preferred.
Education:
Associate
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable.
Precise attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Energetic personality with the ability to work well in a small team.
Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative.
Associates degree in accounting field required.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
