Accounts Payable
Mon-Fri 8am-5:00pm at company site, not remote.
Perform duties to enter Accounts Payable data to computer system, generate payments and process Accounts Payable documents, working within the limits of standard or accepted practice.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Process invoices and payments
File payment documents, verify statements and request outstanding invoices.
Verify invoices for sales tax compliance.
OTHER DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
1. Perform or assist with any operations, as required, to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements. Notify supervision of unusual operating problems.
2. Maintain safe work area and comply with safety procedures and equipment operating rules keeping work area in a clean and orderly condition.
3. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous experience in AP in a manufacturing environment a plus, not required.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide with extreme accuracy.
