This is an Entry Level position!
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Accounts Payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors and suppliers. This is a crucial role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who is highly organized, has strong attention to detail, and possesses excellent communication skills.
```Responsibilities```
- Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
- Work with vendors to clear up any discrepancies
- Filing invoices and reports
- Ensuring outstanding balances are updated with credit memos that are due.
- Assisting the Accounting team with other tasks or on special projects when needed.
```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent
-Experience working in Accounts Payable or a similar role
- Knowledge of debits, credits, and general accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
