Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk (AP/AR)
Handle invoices, cash applications, reimbursements, bank deposits, and mail drop off/pickup.
Maintain system data ensuring accuracy of customer accounts.
Research and respond to internal/external AP/AR inquiries.
Support AP vendor invoice processing, PO matching, payments, and reconciliations.
Request and monitor AP payment approvals.
Assist with 1099 processing and additional AP/AR duties.
Qualifications of the Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk (AP/AR)
1 year of AR experience and exposure to AP functions.
Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field a plus.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Team-oriented with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Deadline-driven with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Salary: $24-$26/hr. (DOE)
