Read on to find out more about this opportunity: The Marin County Department of Finance is responsible for the powers and duties of the offices of the auditor, controller, tax collector, treasurer, and public administrator. We serve as a collaborative partner and fiscal advisor to the County government in their consideration of fiscal decisions and planning. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
SIGNING BONUS: New, full-time, regular hire Accounting Unit Managers are eligible to receive a $6,700 signing bonus which will be split into two equal payments – 50% at time of hire (i.e. first paycheck) and the remaining 50% at successful completion of their probationary period. This amount is prorated for regular hire part-time employees based on the employee’s FTE. If the new hire voluntarily separates prior to the completion of their probationary period, they will be required to reimburse the County for the amount of the signing bonus received.
