The Accounting Support Coordinator will support the Finance Department and provide quality work to support Accounts Receivables inquires over the phone and through email, data entry and other ad-hoc projects.
During a Typical Day, You'll:
- Process payments
- Respond to clients regarding AR inquires and other finance related questions
- Ensure correct Account information
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using SAP
- Move, add, and change any order discrepancies or changes
What You Bring to the Role:
- A high school diploma or GED required
- A minimum of one year of experience in an AR/Finance/Accounting support related role.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for providing quality service in a professional environment.
- Strong computer literacy with solid skills to learn new programs; the ability navigate multiple programs simultaneously while demonstrating research & problem solving skills.
