Accounting Support Coordinator

Vaco Boston is hiring! Currently we are seeking strong Client facing/finance oriented individuals who are interested in growing in a medical device setting. Training is required onsite for 6-7 weeks and then will be a hybrid schedule.

The Accounting Support Coordinator will support the Finance Department and provide quality work to support Accounts Receivables inquires over the phone and through email, data entry and other ad-hoc projects.
During a Typical Day, You'll:

• Process payments
• Respond to clients regarding AR inquires and other finance related questions
• Ensure correct Account information
• Process orders accurately and efficiently using SAP
• Move, add, and change any order discrepancies or changes

What You Bring to the Role:

• A high school diploma or GED required
• A minimum of one year of experience in an AR/Finance/Accounting support related role.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for providing quality service in a professional environment.
• Strong computer literacy with solid skills to learn new programs; the ability navigate multiple programs simultaneously while demonstrating research & problem solving skills.
