Job Description
Our client* is a growing wealth management firm and is looking for an Operations Support Associate to join their team! The Operations Support Associate will be a key member in the Operations department with the various responsibilities in data governance, client reporting and vendor management.
Responsibilities will include:
- Account Maintenance
- Setting up new security attributes
- Monitor custodial interfaces to ensure downloaded successfully
- Run retirement account issues report and daily exception reports and mitigate issues
- Verify and maintain cost basis
- Run position performance reports
- Private Equity manual data entry
- Reconcile management fees
- Generate and maintain written standard operating procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior fund accounting and/or investment accounting and reporting a plus
- Prior experience with Portfolio Center, Tamarac Advisor View, By All Accounts and Schwab Advisor View a plus
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
