Responsibilities as an Accounting Specialis
· All duties are for several clients- high-volume work.
· Review processing of A/P, A/R, and other core accounting transactions.
· Reconcile bank accounts and corporate credit cards.
· Assist with weekly accounting checklists and month-end closing.
· Process various accounting-related reports.
· Make personal development a priority by seeking feedback and opportunities to grow.
· Dedicate necessary effort to complete assignments accurately and on time.
· Reviewing team member’s work.
· Support onboarding new clients.
· Accounting clean-up for clients.
Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
· 4+ years of relevant accounting experience.
Technology skills
· Newest Microsoft 365 technologies for collaboration: Teams, Planner, SharePoint, etc.
· QBO and related web-based services; ability to learn, pass the certification, retain knowledge.
· Proficient- Microsoft office with emphasis on Excel.
· Experience working with the Manufacturing Industry
· Knowledge of Fathom, Power BI, Sage, Acumatica~ nice to have.
Qualifications
· Understanding QuickBooks Online, or a desire to learn it.
· Ability to use the Microsoft Office 365 platform.
· The desire to work with several clients simultaneously.
