Monday to Friday
Day shift, 8-hour shifts
Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Work Location: Baton Rouge, LA (on-site, plant facility)

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include auditing customer invoices, maintaining purchase order balances, preparing and distributing reports, assisting with tax returns and bank reconciliations, managing journal entries, and providing support for capital projects and audits.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred, with 1-3 years of relevant work experience; or 3-5 years of experience in lieu of a degree
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Sage 300 software is a plus
Advanced Excel skills
