COMPENSATION: $90 - 100K DOE
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Ability to oversee general accounting, financial controls, and operational accounting
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements
- Manage daily financial activities, including inventory, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions
- Complete Monthly/Quarterly Sales/Use Tax Returns
- AP Vendor Management
- Optimize Vendor invoice payments
- Conduct monthly GL account reconciliations
- Order & Maintain Company Leases
- Daily/Monthly Bank & Credit Card reconciliations
- Drive monthly Close Punchlist
- Sales/Use Tax Returns
- Assist in the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial reports
- Oversee month-end & year-end closing activities and reporting
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a business-related field.
- 7+ years of experience managing an accounting function for a medium to large size company
- Strong Excel skills
- Previous experience with process improvement and strengthening internal controls
- Must be able to demonstrate ability to work cross-functionally with other departments, to promote best practices, and to develop solutions to business challenges
- Flexible and adaptable
