Accounting Department Assistant

Established apparel company is seeking an energetic Accounting Department Assistant to report directly to the CFO and support the CFO/Controller in any and all daily projects.

This role will have and be responsible for the following:

• General accounting knowledge
• QuickBooks knowledge is a MUST
• Spreadsheet skills and a working knowledge of MS Excel and pivot tables
• Record and process invoices, check requests and reoccurring monthly expenses of all service contracts
• Work with vendor portals to obtain bills to reconcile and pay
• Prepare Bank transfers on approved vendor payments
• Bank reconciliations
• Office administration duties as assigned – simple overseeing tasks
• Strong communication and problem solving abilities
• Bilingual a plus
• Hours 8:45-4:45 – 5 days in office / full-time permanent role

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
